Fox Glacier Camp Reflection

Fox Glacier Camp Reflection

Our first stop was a little park at Hari Hari. Then we went swimming at Lake Mapourika And when we went swimming we had to wear caps so they could see us the water was dark and we saw a skole in the water there was no eels though Alex D did a backflip off the jetty and almost smacked his head. There was a piece of the jetty thats was about to snap and there was one deep bit but the rest was really shallow. Then we went to the Kiwi Centre.

Then we went to top 10 holiday they had a tramp I did a front flip on it was quite a big tramp.
I was with a parent named Peter Toal. Next to top 10 there was a school it had a pool.
At the pool heaps of people got in but then a guy named Brendan got in he’s an adult.
He was making everyone backflip everyone was trying to take him down I tackled him.

We did the Glacier walk it talk 4 and a half hours and we stopped for lunch and morning tea we got to the top. We ate some food and got a little bit of energy and then we walked to the car park and stopped to get everyone back together and then we walked all the way back to the start.
Then we went back to top 10 and had some rest and then we did geocaching my team was
first back.

On the last day we went to the tree top walk then we did it we walked back to the cars.
Then we went back to Greymouth and back to Grey Main School it was right on time it was the end of the day then we grabbed our gear out our gear and went home.

The best thing was going swimming at Lake Mapourika jumping off the jetty.
